The Rolex DateJust 31, a bolder ladies watch offering form and function for the wearer. This watch case is crafted from stainless steel measuring 31 mm housing the Calibre 2235 self-winding automatic movement and is water resistant up to 100 meters (330 ft).
Released in 1945 to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary, the watch was the first automatic wristwatch with an automatically changing date window, a function we take for granted today but was a game-changing feature in the 1940s. Its sleek profile, understated aesthetics and simple design not only made it popular with the guys but the ladies as well.

Up to 55 hours of power is reserved for the Datejust 31, thanks to the Calibre 2235’s perpetual rotor that ensures robust time keeping and maximum functionality for a lady on the go. And just like all other Rolexes, this timepiece foregoes the standard COSC certification in lieu of its own Superlative Chronometer test that puts the Datejust 31 within the realm of only +/-2 seconds daily deviation when cased, as opposed to COSC’s -4/+6 seconds when uncased.
